VAT AND INVOICING

Our prices include VAT. You cannot use your own VAT number for invoicing however as products purchased on molamola.it are reserved for private consumers.

TERMS OF USE AND PAYMENT

PRICES AND CURRENCY

The official currency on the molamola.it website is the Euro. Payments and all transactions take place in Euros. Prices may be subject to change. Always check the total price before sending the order.

VAT – DUTY

For countries in the European Union, product prices include VAT. Deliveries overseas are possible if the customer, at his or her own expense, books courier pick up from our offices. The customer is also responsible for any expenses resulting from import. PAYMENT METHODS

PLEASE NOTE: MolaMola uses MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security protocols to guarantee better security for customers. Before inputting your card details, make certain that your card has one of these protocols available and that you have your chosen authentification method or OTP (one-time-password) to insert at point of payment.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

After order confirmation, you can make payment by PayPal, without inputting your credit card data into our website. Your account will be charged upon order completion. To register a new PayPal account, visit the site paypal.com.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

On delivery you must make sure that you have the amount indicated in the confirmation email in cash. Please be aware that the courier cannot accept cheques. If possible please have the precise change. This payment method has an additional cost of 7 euros and is available only in Italy.

DELIVERY COSTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery costs are the responsibility of the client and are quantified when making the order.

DELIVERY TRACKING

After concluding the order, you will receive an email from our customer service department confirming that the order has been sent and confirming that it has been entrusted to the courier.
Once the delivery has been entrusted to the latter, you will receive an email notification with all of the delivery details from the courier.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

This e-commerce will use the delivery information indicated by the customer on the site molamola.it onscreen in the cart summary screen at point of purchase

To guarantee correct completion of the order, please include:

  • Full address, including street number and any notes (stairwell, buzzer, flat number etc.).
  • A contact number, preferably a mobile telephone.
  • An email address to receive information such as the delivery tracking number.

The only information used for delivery is the information in the order. For this reason please check that the information is correct in the confirmation that you receive via email. We decline all responsibility for late or failed delivery due to address errors or incomplete information, making it impossible or difficult to identify the place of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMING

Orders are usually completed within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment. Delivery in Italy is entrusted to GLS who deliver from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. We reserve the right to delay delivery in case of force majeure.

AUTHORISED DELIVERY

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm delivery. If, for any reason, the package arrives damaged or not intact, please sign with written reservation or refuse the delivery. If the package was signed for by a non-authorised party or there is proof that the package was tampered with, please report this to the courier’s local office and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@molamola.it.

RETURNS

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AND RETURN

You have the right to withdraw with no need to explain why within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can exercise this right contacting the customer service department via email at info@molamola.it, or by sending a letter in which you express the right to withdraw or return one or more products [specify order number and article number], by recorded delivery to“Servizio Clienti Tutto Sub S.r.l. – via Sandro Pertini n.30 – 70056 Molfetta (BA)”, with fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Returns after more than 14 days will not be accepted. To exercise right to return, the products must be undamaged, must not have been worn, and must be accompanied by any labels or free samples they were delivered with. We will refund articles only if they are returned as per instructions. If your return does not satisfy these requirements, the package will be returned to you. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the client. Returns can be sent to “Servizio Clienti Tutto Sub S.r.l. – via Sandro Pertini n.30 – 70056 Molfetta (BA)” via recorded delivery, courier, or any other traceable delivery service.
The price paid on upon order will be refunded in the 30 days following the return of the goods, excluding delivery costs if applicable. In case of partial returns, only the cost of the returned goods will be refunded.
Returns will be managed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. We will also communicate the outcome of the return (acceptance of the returned products or rejection, and if applicable the refund will be passed to accounting).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, refunds are managed as follows:
Credit returned to your card if you paid by credit card or Paypal.
Bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
N.B.: Refunds by bank transfer can be made only when the account holder and the client are the same person, or if the account holder is the same as the one making payment at point of purchase.
Wetsuits and other items made to measure cannot be returned under any circumstances.
In these cases, in accordance with art. 59, comma 1, letter c), of the Italian Consumer Code, the contract is not subject to withdrawal. Each product of this type will be created according to measurements and instructions provided by the client in the order with the materials, optionals and varients provided by the producer. In case of flaws or defects in the article, an exchange can be made only if these are the fault of the producer. In this case, all costs will be the responsibility of the producer. If the client has made mistakes in completing the order, then any costs for the substitution or repair of the article will be the responsibility of the client, alongside any delivery costs. In any case, the article will be exchanged if it is not possible to repair, at a price no higher than 50% of the original cost of the product inclusive of any discounts.

  1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

To conclude the purchase of one or more products on this e-commerce, you must first register as a user and follow the guided procedure, including acceptance of all sales clauses in addition to the legal norms published on the site. Before proceeding with purchase, the user must accept the General Sales Conditions and the site’s Terms of Use, to carefully fill in the information required and accept our Privacy Policy. Please note that if you are not in agreement with any clause in the General Sales Conditions and/or the site’s Terms of Use, we ask that you do not send an order on molamola.it. On completion of this phase, payment is required to close the contract. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be elaborated by molamola.it and you will receive an email confirming your order. After checking payment, delivery details and availability of the product ordered, we consider the contract concluded and will send a confirmation, with all relevant information, via email. We reserve the right to reject orders without sufficient guarantees, that are incomplete, or in case of product unavailability. In these cases, the client in question will be informed via email that the contract is not closed and that molamola.it has not elaborated the order. In case of product unavailability, that is to say, products that were available at the time the client was logged into the site but which subsequently sold out, molamola.it will communicate this to the customer within ten (10) days of receiving the order form.
If a contract cannot be closed but has in the meantime been paid for, we will promptly reimburse the user.

We do not sell second-hand products, factory seconds or inferior products compared to the market standard. The fundamental characteristics of our products are listed on molamola.it in each product section. The images of the products on the website may not correspond exactly to the products depending on the browser and the display used.
