Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 — Last updated: 18 March 2026
Introduction
TuttoSub S.r.l. is committed to upholding accessibility and inclusivity standards to enable all customers, including people with disabilities, to navigate www.molamola.it correctly. This statement describes the accessibility features of the Site in compliance with EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act — EAA), applicable to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025, and standard EN 301 549.
Description of the Service
molamola.it is an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of scuba diving equipment and custom wetsuits manufactured by TuttoSub S.r.l. Users can browse product listings, read technical specifications, configure personalised wetsuits and complete purchases securely. The experience can be personalised via the accessibility widget provided by iubenda, available on the Site.
Accessibility Compliance
The Site has been assessed against the requirements of the EU Directive and meets the following WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria:
- Perceivable: we provide text descriptions (alt-text) for product and equipment images and maintain adequate colour contrast for text (at least 4.5:1).
- Operable: all features, including navigation menus, the custom wetsuit configurator and the checkout process, are available via keyboard (Tab key) with a visible focus indicator.
- Understandable: we use clear language, consistent layouts and explicit instructions for the configuration and purchase steps, to facilitate navigation for users with cognitive disabilities.
- Robust: the Site is built using HTML5 and ARIA techniques to ensure compatibility with major Screen Readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
Technology Adopted
To ensure ongoing compliance, the Site uses iubenda's Web Accessibility solution. This tool performs periodic scans and allows users to activate specific profiles (e.g. for epilepsy, low vision or cognitive disabilities) directly via the widget interface, accessible from the Site footer.
Known Limitations
- PDF documents: some manufacturer technical data sheets (Mares, Scubapro, Cressi, Suunto, Garmin, Shearwater, Aqua Lung, etc.) may not yet be fully optimised for Screen Reader use. An accessible version can be requested by writing to info@molamola.it.
- Third-party content: external widgets (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Brevo) may have temporary technical limitations outside the Owner's direct control.
- Product images: some photographs of complex technical diving equipment may have simplified alt-text descriptions; improvement is ongoing as part of the remediation plan.
Remediation Plan
TuttoSub S.r.l. is progressively improving the Site's accessibility. Priority activities include: optimising alt-text for all product images; verifying the accessibility of the custom wetsuit configurator; reviewing PDF documents attached to product listings. Updates are released on a rolling basis.
